Organize a fair at the Arena!
The diversity and quality of Lappi Arena is evident during fairs as well. If you need an exceptionally large area, the surface of the floors can be covered with a special floor surface for fairs or with light parquetry. This enables you to use the facilities for any type of large event. The size of the entire floor space is 28 x 58 m, or 1,600 square meters. You won’t find a floor this big anywhere else in Lapland.
Exhibitors have their own “back rooms” for eating meals, for example. Space for the fair can be expanded from the Arena to the practice halls, in outdoor facilities and into the Arena’s corridors. In this way we are able to organize a fair to suit the type and size you need.

Lappi Arena’s sound, lighting and AV technology cannot be beaten; they guarantee a successful event and, of course the Arena’s quick Internet connections withstand even the most demanding user.

A Unique Environment for an Ice Hockey Camp
Close to Rovaniemi’s city center, Lappi Arena and the Lapin Urheiluopisto sports institute are situated in the beautiful landscape of Ounasvaara offering the ideal environment for an ice hockey camp.
Lappi Arena provides excellent opportunities for sports on ice. The sports hall has two ice rinks (the main Arena and a practice rink) as well as a mini rink for children. There are ten locker rooms for teams to use, a room for drying uniforms, etc., and also a place to wash clothes.
In addition to the services provided at Lappi Arena, campers can also take advantage of the services provided at the Lapin Urheiluopisto sports institute and Santasport Center, both just 50 meters away. The Lapin Urheiluopisto can accommodate approximately 150 people. There is also a gym with equipment of the latest technology, a test station, opportunities for group exercise and other services to support top-ranking athletics.
The Santasport Center is Lapin Urheiluopisto’s center for well being; its services include sauna and pool section, spa services, fitness services, refreshing treatment packages, and fitness holidays.
Ounasvaara offers magnificent opportunities for outdoor fitness. There you will find marked hiking trails, a nature trail, skiing tracks with lighting, 9 slopes for downhill skiing, a golf course, a summer/winter sledding track, as well as a ”ski land” for kids.
Clothing Services
The Arena's basic services include hockey equipment and clothes servicing. The Arena has a modern laundry room for washing and drying game equipment quickly and affordably.
